Who we are

Riverside Agropro Limited ("Riverside," "we," "us") is a fish, poultry, and farm produce business based in Sango-Ota and Ibadan, Nigeria. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it, both through this website and through our internal order and customer-support tools.

Information we collect

This website itself does not collect personal information through forms or trackers. When you contact us directly — by WhatsApp, phone, or email — to place an order or ask a question, we collect the information you choose to share with us in that conversation, such as your name, phone number, and order details. We use this only to fulfil your order and respond to your enquiry.

Our use of Google user data

Riverside Portal, our internal staff tool for managing customer emails sent to contact@, admin@, and support@riverside.ng, uses the Gmail API to read and organize messages sent to those addresses on behalf of our own business. It is used only by Riverside staff to respond to customers and manage orders — it is not used by, or accessible to, the public.

Riverside's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with any third party except as needed to provide the customer support and order-fulfilment function it exists for.

Data retention

Customer email correspondence is kept only as long as needed to resolve an order or enquiry, after which it is deleted from our systems in the ordinary course of business.
